Find your ideal hormone balance
Hormones act like messengers in our body that control important functions such as our mood, energy levels, and even how we grow.
There is no single “ideal balance” of hormones and hormone balance is a dynamic process that changes throughout life.
A hormone imbalance can lead to health issues like weight gain, fatigue, infertility, and mood disorders.
That’s why we take a close look at your hormone levels before we make adjustments. Even slight changes in hormone balance can have major positive impacts on Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) symptoms, skin issues, menopause symptoms, fatigue, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), thyroid function, libido, adrenal function, and more.

How we optimize hormone health
Explore the root cause - First, we get a complete picture of your symptoms. This involves learning about you and really listening to your history, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, etc.
Specialized testing - We use a comprehensive bloodwork panel to understand your thyroid, sex hormones, adrenal hormone levels, and more. When necessary, we can use urine or saliva based testing, and Evoke EEG to understand these hormones in even greater detail. Importantly, it’s the results of these tests in combination with what we learned about you in #1 that will inform your personalized action plan.
Your personalized action plan - We work with you to create a plan to achieve your ideal hormone balance. This might include meeting with one of our functional nutritionists, specific supplements, lifestyle adjustments, sleep tips, IV nutritional therapy, and stress management. We may also refer you to a member of our specialized wellness team or an appropriate medical specialist. We continue to check in with how you are feeling and re-test as necessary to ensure we’re making progress in the right direction.
