This interactive series is for anyone who:

  • Is struggling with gas, bloating, constipation, loose stool, and reflux

  • Has worked on gut health with supplements and diets but hasn't found complete resolution of symptoms

  • Feels out of touch with their body and doesn't understand their food cravings

This series will include:

  • Tips to optimize chewing and digestion

  • Practices to help address symptoms including bloating, gas, constipation, and loose stool

  • How our microbiome & digestion can drive cravings

  • How we can tap into our intuition to understand what our body is craving

  • How messaging around food can impact our body's ability to digest and absorb

6-Week Series via Zoom

  • Tuesday, March 7th from 4 - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, March 14th from 4 - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, March 21st from 4 - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, March 28th from 4 - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, April 11th from 4 - 5 pm

  • Tuesday, April 18th from 4 - 5 pm

    Group visits are billed to insurance. Copays may apply.
