What is zero balancing?
Zero Balancing is a holistic touch therapy that uses light pressure to balance the structures and energies of the body.
It can help alleviate discomfort and stagnation while leaving you feeling relaxed, harmonious, and balanced. Zero Balancing is effective at reducing and eliminating physical pain, but its benefits extend beyond the physical body to address emotional and spiritual conditions as well.
Zero Balancing sessions are performed with the client fully clothed and last approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
The practitioner will apply gentle pressure and traction to most joints in the body, including the ribs, spine, sacrum, feet, hands, arms, skull, knees, and hips. The pressure and traction should never be uncomfortable or painful, and clients should walk away feeling more rested, restored, and at ease.
