Anna Pigotti, RYT

Yoga has transformed and enriched my life in many ways. From the very first class I took in my late twenties, I was astounded to discover that such a simple practice (movement, breathing, meditation) can elicit a feeling of “okayness” within me. With curiosity, I learned that there was more to yoga than pretzel-like twists and gravity-defying balances, but an ever-evolving exploration of the Mind. Body. Sprit.

My approach to Yoga Therapy is based on the belief that yoga is for everyone and anyone who seeks well-being. Based on yoga’s ancient teachings, I seek the unique opportunity to adapt yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation practices, and ethical inquiry for eudaimonic well-being.

My role as a Yoga therapist is to inspire clients to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health by offering a safe environment. I aspire to help others reduce the symptoms of many health conditions and improve function and quality of life by building the inner strength and resilience needed to face the complexities of life.
