Hands-on-healing, or "manual medicine", has been an integral part of holistic medicine and wellness care since ancient times, in all cultures around the world.  Effective massage and bodywork improves body-pains, range of movement and functional capacity.  Further benefits of regular treatments influence the body's nervous system to better regulate and feel at ease and nurtured.

Injury rehabilitation is significantly improved, as well as recovery-time for athletic training.  Advanced massage therapy, in collaboration with doctors, can be designed to help major organ systems and health challenges.  Massage Therapy benefits are increased when combined with chiropractic and physical-therapy.  Lower stress and anxiety levels, improved circulation and mood, strengthened immune response, and better quality of sleep, can all be expected from good massage and bodywork.

I draw upon over 25 years experience, treating a vast diversity of people of all ages with proven results, for thousands of individuals.  My formal training in Bodywork began in 1995, with a Psychology, Pre-Med, and SocialWork background.  I excelled in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and then moved into Acupressure, AyurVedic, and Hawaiian modalities.

I am strongly influenced by Native American healing traditions and culture, and have studied personally with Master Healers from all the world's continents.  Additionally, the massage table is a very open space for deep insight and personal self-guidance to emerge.

My training and therapy styles include:

  • Integrative Nurturing Massage

  • Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage

  • AcuPressure

  • Myo-fascial release

  • Sports Massage and Injury Rehabilitation

  • Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology Massage
