We are out of network with all insurances, including Medicare, for office visits and procedures. We are able to order regular blood work via LabCorp or Quest, and this lab work would be submitted in-network if these companies take your insurance.

Gold Membership
Membership is not required to join our practice or be a patient of the practice, but is highly encouraged for your health and wellness! We have carefully designed a membership offering that you can elect into, called the Gold Membership.
$199/month for an individual Gold Membership or $299/month for a family Gold Membership
The Gold Membership will offer the following benefits for both medical and wellness services:
