About Elizabeth (EJ) Schaefer
“We rejoice in our suffering, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us:” Romans 5:3-5
Growing up I watched those close to me heal their bodies by supporting its innate healing powers. Through my conventional training, these experiences fueled my desire to practice as a provider that could combine the best of both worlds. By having more tools in my box, I would be able to treat patients based on their individual needs. I am fortunate to be a part of a practice that holds the same values as I do.
I enjoy working with all types of conditions and symptoms including GI health, detox, metabolic health, hormones, and mental health. I particularly enjoy working with women’s hormones including PMS, cycle dysfunction, PCOS, infertility, perimenopause and menopause.
Treatments are personalized to each patient case using a variety of lifestyle modifications, supplements, medications and supportive treatments.
