2. Comprehensive Initial Visit
If we’re a good fit, you’ll meet with one of our integrative providers for an unrushed visit focused on your full health picture—not just symptoms.
3. Diagnostic Testing
We recommend targeted testing to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and identify the most important areas to address.
4. Review of Findings + Personalized Treatment Care Plan
You’ll review your results and receive a personalized plan designed around your goals, your biology, and your life—so you can move forward with confidence.
Please note that our practice is fully cash-based for all services. We are committed to giving you the specialized time, depth, and attention you deserve. We do participate with LabCorp and Quest for bloodwork and a fully itemized receipt can be supplied upon your request for your convenience.

Billing & Payment Information
Billing
We are a cash-based practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly for our services.
This approach allows us to spend more time with you, provide more personalized care, and focus on understanding your health without the constraints of insurance-based models.
After your visits, we provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, if your plan allows. Many patients choose to do this, and our team can help you understand what to expect.
For laboratory testing, many routine blood tests—especially those processed through LabCorp or Quest—can often be submitted to insurance, similar to what you’d experience through a traditional primary care office.
If you have questions about billing or coverage, we’re happy to talk them through so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement Support
We provide a superbill for services so you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients use tools like Reimbursify to simplify this process.

We accept CareCredit, which offers flexible, interest-free financing on qualified services—allowing you to move forward with care at a pace that works for you.
